Assoc. of Celebrity Personal Assistants (ACPA-LA)

Background

They work with celebrities, politicians or dignitaries as assistants. And also work as estate managers and similar high-level positions within the elite community. The ACPA boasts a present membership of over 200 of Tinsel Town’s most talented “stars behind the stars,” the celebrity personal assistant.

In the Summer of 2007, the Membership, who had been referred to Keith by an existing client of his, contacted Keith Cohn. We worked with the Membership to gather all of the website’s requirements.

With his knowledge and experience, Keith assisted them in creating a plan of action and made many recommendations that the board implemented to make their site more efficient then they ever thought possible.

Problem/Pain

One of the major problems the site faced was just getting the current members to create an account, which included logging on to the site and inputing:

• Their personal information
• Which celebrity they are an assistant for
• Their membership start date

With busy schedules this dragged out for some time and several of these assistants were new to this type of process and keep putting the registration off.

Solution

We suggested creating an incentive to receive some additional months added to their membership at no cost if they registered by a certain date. Although there were a handful who did not register on time, the idea worked like a charm.

I am honored to give an account to Keith Cohn. Keith spent long hours creating The ACPA website. He went above an beyond what most developers would do to build a site that our members could use intuitively. Once the site had been live for less than 3 months as we gathered more ‘members’ feedback, he was then able to assess and implement improvements. He also anticipated functions that would be more effective for our group while keeping the site streamlined.

It is no surprise how the company name cCreative Design transpired. As the name suggests, Keith Cohn brings creative design to all his endeavors.
