Outages
An outage is when the entire site is offline and can't be accessed. If this is an outage, please select critical in the form below.
You should receive an email response within 15 minutes and a phone call if you requested one.
If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, call 213.915.4083 and explain who you are and what project is experiencing an outage.
A developer will be assigned to the outage and you will receive updates until the outage is resolved.
Please allow an additional 15 minutes on weekends and holidays.
Defects
A defect is when a piece of the project is not working as desired and it is expected to be working.
There are varying levels of severity here from urgent to low. Please select accordingly.
