As most things at Gunner Technology, our hiring process is collaborative.
Each candidate who makes it through our screening process meets with each member of our team.
We then vote on the hire. A majority gets you the job.
We had never had a unanimous "yes" until Manuel applied in late 2016.
He insisted on meeting each team member face to face, so he foot the bill to fly out to each of our locations to meet with everyone.
And he didn't dissapoint when he got there.
His resume (one of the very first contribuors to Node.js after its release in 2009) and references, spoke volumes and he exuded confidence and excitement.
He continues with that enthusiasm today on every project he tackles.
