What was the problem to be solved?
Qualis wanted to move all of their servers off their previous provider and onto a cloud-based AWS solution.
Solution
What was the proposed solution?
We moved the entire application onto AWS.
Challenges
What challenges arose during the project?
The primary challenge was moving several gigabytes of data onto the new architecture in a Secure and reliable manner.
Technical
What was the technical approach to the project?
We used bash scripts to synchronize the databases during a brief period of scheduled downtime. Then the new architecture was brought online and the REST is history.
